We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data. Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to provide our services. You may request the permanent deletion of your data at any time.

We use trusted third-party platforms — Formspree for contact forms and Google Workspace for sessions. These providers maintain their own independent privacy policies.

06 CASL compliance (anti-spam)

By submitting a contact form, you provide implied consent for Cherry Tutors to contact you regarding your inquiry. We do not send mass marketing emails. You may opt out of any future communications by replying “Unsubscribe” at any time.

In the unlikely event of a data breach that poses a real risk of significant harm, Cherry Tutors will notify affected individuals and the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as soon as feasible, in accordance with Law 25 and PIPEDA standards.
